Uchunguzi huu unawezekana kuwa haujarekebishwa kwa dawa jamii ya aminopenicillins kama ampicillin na Amoxicillin kwa sababu kuna ushahidi kuwa kutumia dawa hizi kipindic ha kwanza cha ujauzito huongeza hatari ya madhaifu ya kiuumbaji kwa watoto wanaozaliwa na mama aliyetumia dawa hii kama mdomo sungura.
