ya damu inayopita chini ya tumbo na hivyo kupunguza kiasi cha damu kinachoenda kwa mtoto
kupitia kondo la nyuma. Kukandamizwa kwa mishipa hii hupunguza usafirishaji wa hewa safi ya
okjeni na virutubisho kwenda kwa mtoto. Kama ukilala chali, hakikisha miguu ipo juu ya mto na
kichwa kimelalia mito kama inavyoonekana kwenye picha.
