Wakati wa kuamka unapotoka pozi la kukaa
Unapokuwa umelala au kukaa chini, ni lazima uamke ili kusimama. Kumbuka kuamka kama inavyoshauriwa kiafya. Kwa mfano unapoamka kitandani au kwenye gari,geuza mapaja yako kiuno na nyonga kwa kwenda upande mmoja wakati huo hakikisha mgongo umenyooka.
Kunja magoti yote na geuzia upande mmoja, kisha tumia mikono yako kukusaidia kunyanyua mwili na kusimama. Angalia picha kuelewa Zaidi.
Mambo muhimu ya kuzingatia
Unapokuwa unafagia au kupiga deki, epuka kuinama au kutumia mpini mfupi, tumia mpini mrefu kama kwenye picha.
Kuna pozi zuri la kutumika muda mrefu wakati wa ujauzito?
Wakati wa ujauzito, hakuna pozi ambalo ni zuri kutumia kwa muda mrefu. Hakikisha unatumia mapozi mbalibali ili kuhakikisha unaondoa msongo mwilini na kwa mtoto.
