Maadalizi ya mazoezi ya kutuliza mwili
Kaa kwenye pozi la uhuru, lala au kaa kwenye mkeka, jifunike kama ni lazima na hakikisha una mito miwili hadi minne itakayotuma.
Vaa nguo zenye uhuru zinazoendana na hali ya hewa au kukupa uhuru. Kama umevaa viatu na miwani, vua na weka pembeni. Unaweza kubadili pozi mbalimbali kulingana na jinsi unavyojihusi vema kama inavyoonekana kwenye picha. Usitumie pozi la kulalia mgongo endapo mimba yako ina umri Zaidi ya mienzi minne na kuendelea.
Namna ya kutuliza mwili wakati wa mazoezi
Ili kuhakikisha unatuliza mwili wako vya kutosha, fanya mambo yafuatayo;
Chagua kitu cha kuangalia na kukifikiria mfano alama fulani kwenye ukuta, picha au sura ya mpenzi wako.
Jaribu kufikiria kuhusu kitu kizuri ili kukufanya utilize moyo
Weka muziki laini na mzuri kwa sauti ya chini sana
Fikiria namna unavyopumua na kuvuta hewa kwa kina jinsi unavyoweza
Jikande au kandwa na mtu mwingine taratibu
Mwache mpenzi wako aangalie sehemu mbalimbali za mwili wako kama zimelegea na kukuamuru kulegezaendapo zina msongo.
Muulize daktari wako siku zote endapo mazoezi haya yatakufaa kulingana na hali ya afya yako.
