Dalili za hatari


Mtoto anapokuwa anachunguzwa na mtaalamu wa afya (dakitari) kwa kawaida lazima kuuliza dalili za hatari kwa mlezi wake kama hizi zifuatazo;

 

  • Kutapika kila kitu anapokuwa analishwa

  • Kushindwa kula au kunyonya

  • Kupata degedege kwa ugonjwa alionao

  • Kuchoka sana ama kutepweta

  • Kupoteza fahamu

 

Dalili zinazohitaji huduma ya haraka sana

 

  • Mtoto kutopumua vema ama kutopumua kabisa

  • Kuwa wa na rangi ya bluu kenye ulimi hasa chini ya ulimi ama ngozi za midomo

  • Kuzimia

  • Kupata dalili za shock kama mikono kuwa ya baridi, damu kwenye kucha kutorudi haraka baada ya kubonyeza, kuwa na mapigo ya moyo ya haraka na mdundo mdogo wa mishipa ya damu, na shinikizo la damu la chini ama lisilopimika kabisa

  • Dalili za mtoto kupoteza maji kwa kiwango cha juu kwa mtoto anayehara kama vile kuchoka sana, macho kuzama ndani, ngozi kuvutika na kutojirudia haraka

 

Kama dalili hizi zipo kwa mtoto wako tafadhari mfikishe mtoto mapema hospitali na hata kama kuna foleni omba msaada ili mtoto apate huduma za haraka kuepuka kupoteza uhai

 

Dalili za kupewa kipaumbele kwenye matibabu na dakitari

 

  • Mtoto mdogo yaani mtoto anayeumwa na yupo umri chini ya miezi miwili

  • Joto mwili kupanda yaani mtoto anajoto kali sana

  • Jeraha ama kuwa na ugonjwa unaohitaji matibabu ya upasuaji wa haraka

  • Upungufu wa damu unaoonekana kwa kuwa mweupe chini ya kope za macho hasa kope ya chini na ulimi

  • Kula ama kunywa sumu

  • Maumivu makali

  • Upumuaji wa shida

  • Kuchoka kulialia ama kulia anaposhikwa ama kuchoka

  • Mtoto aliyepewa rufaa

  • Utapiamlo mkali unaohushisha kukonda sana kunakoonekana

  • Kuvimba miguu yote kunakotokana na maji

  • Michomo mibaya (kuungua vibaya)

 

Mtoto ambaye anashindwa kula ama kutapika kila kitu anacholishwa hatakuwa na uwezo wa kunywa dawa na hupoteza maji kwa wingi na hivyo kupungukiwa maji mwilini. Haijalishi ni nini kimesababisha hali hiyo, mtoto huyu hawezi kutibiwa  nyumbani  la sivyo ataendelea kuwa na hali mbaya kila kukicha.


Mtoto akipata degedege au kuchoka sana huwa maranyingi anaumwa sana na huenda anamaambukizi ya kwenye kuta za ute wa mgongo kwa jina jingine homa ya uti wa mgongo.
